Mountain Roads Closed Due To High Fire Danger

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works Announced Sunday that the mountain roads above Glendora will be closed until the middle of the week.

Citing the high fire weather danger resulting from the Santa Ana winds, Glendora Mountain Road and East Fork Road to Big Dalton Canyon Road will be closed until possibly Wednesday, Nov. 26.

Also closed are Glendora Ridge Road and Mount Baldy Road to Glendora Mountain Road.

Forecasters with the National Weather Service issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for many areas of Southern California, including the San Gabriel Valley. Gusty, northeast winds may affect much of Los Angeles County through Tuesday afternoon and possibly Wednesday.
