SNAPSHOT: Police Deliver Holiday Cheer to Families

Glendora Police Officers spent the majority of the last week handing out holiday gifts as part of Operation Blue Christmas.

Glendora officers, cadets, auxiliary officers and even Police Chief Tim Staab helped deliver gifts to underprivileged families. Gifts were donated by area organizations, including the Mar Thoma Church of Los Angeles (located in Glendora), Glendora Empty Bowls, Khol’s, Sit ‘n Sleep and the Glendora Police Officers Association.

Larry Miller, CEO of Sit ‘n Sleep, and his staff partnered with Glendora Police this year to donate to Operation Blue Christmas. Glendora Auxiliary Officer Ed Saiza, store manager for West Covina Sit ‘n Sleep, spearheaded the toy drive.
