Jewelry Stolen After Front Door Forced Open in Home Burglary

Police are investigating a residential burglary in the 1200 block of East Saga Street that occurred sometime Wednesday.

A postal carrier discovered the front door to the home appeared to be kicked in around 12:53 p.m. and called police. Officers later discovered the home was ransacked, said Lt. Matt Williams of Glendora Police.

An unknown quantity of jewelry was taken from the home.

The burglary was committed by an unknown number of suspects between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m., Williams said.
