union-cowork_glendora-chamber-1Glendora, CA, 6th of December, 2016 – We hosted a Ribbon Cutting for the Grand Opening of Union Co in Glendora. Union Cowork is a new and unique take on office space rentals, creating the perfect co-work environment.

In attendance was owner Jamie Miller and Community Manager Daniella Perez, along with community members. From the City of Glendora was Councilmember Judy Nelson. The Glendora Chamber was represented by Board Chair Fawn Imboden and Chamber Board Member Sheila McClure. Additionally, Ambassadors of the Chamber present were Keith Van Vliet, Karen Colasanti and Christopher Hysell. Chamber staff present were Membership and Events Coordinator Michele Street and Chamber President/CEO Joe Cina

In attendance was owner Stacy Phan, along with community and Chamber members. From the City of Glendora was Mayor Pro-Tem Gary Boyer and Councilmember Judy Nelson. The Glendora Chamber was represented by Board Member Phil Goss and Ambassadors Karen Colasanti and Christopher Hysell. Chamber staff present were Membership and Events Coordinator Michele Street and Chamber President/CEO Joe Cina.

heavenly-treasures-ribbon-cutting_glendora-chamber-1Glendora, CA, 17th of December, 2016 – Today, the Glendora Chamber of Commerce hosted a Grand Reopening and Ribbon Cutting for Heavenly Treasures new location. Since 2002, Heavenly Treasures has operated a unique retail store in Glendora that donates 100% of its proceeds to support global artisans around the world.

 

In attendance was the Founder and CEO of Heavenly Treasures Kathy Gaulton, COO Christina Gaulton, Director of Retail Merchandising Caroline Sakanashi, along with family, friends, donors, and community members. From the City of Glendora was Councilmember Karen Davis. The Glendora Chamber was represented by Executive Board Member Gary Clifford and Ambassador Keith Van Vliet along with Chamber staff Membership and Events Coordinator Michele Street and Chamber President/CEO Joe Cina.

Since 1998, Heavenly Treasures has assisted refugees, single mothers, widows, the physically disabled, women and children rescued from human trafficking, orphans, the disenfranchised, and many others. Lives around the world are affected each day through the sale of handicrafts. Each product made reflects the heart and soul of one or more of our artisans around the world.  Assistance is provided to artisans in the areas of Business Development, International Marketing, Leadership Training, Product Development and Spiritual Guidance.
