UPDATED, 5:10 p.m.: At least 188 customers remain without power after a second outage was reported in town.
Crews have no estimation of when power can be fully restored, said Paul Griffo, of Southern California Edison Media Relation.
PREVIOUSLY: Another power outage has been reported in town.
The outage, which started a little after 3:45 p.m., has possibly left as many as 1,583 customers without power, according to the Southern California Edison website.
Zak Bushey is on scene and learned from Edison crews that a Mylar balloon was responsible for the outage. The linesmen are confident that power could be restored within minutes.
