The California Trail Users Coalition is seeking volunteers to help clean portions of the San Gabriel Mountains.
“Operation Super Canyon Sweep 2015” is scheduled for Saturday, June 13. The Coalition and its volunteers will tend to the San Gabriel Canyon area, specifically the off-highway vehicle area along Highway 39 (San Gabriel Canyon Road), just north of the East Fork Bridge.
The event will run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Possibly 200 to 300 volunteers are expected to help.
Lunch will be provided.
