St. Dorothy’s Catholic Church will host their annual Oak Tree Festival at the church. The festival runs Friday, October 18th, 6 p.m. – 11 p.m., Saturday, October 19th, 1 p.m. – 11 p.m., Sunday, October 20th, 1 p.m. – 8 p.m. There will be dozens of carnival rides and games for the entire family. Delicious food such as Mexican, Filipino, hot dogs, hamburgers, barbeque, ice cream, and many more dishes. Besides fresh coffee and refreshing soft drinks, there will also be a beer garden and wine tasting in the sports bar area.
The 2019 concert series includes The Snipes (Rock), Pop Gun Rerun (80’s cover band), The Violet Jays (Classic Rock), SOTO Band (Latin, R&B, Funk, & Dance), Chris Anderson Band (Rock), Texas Runaway (Country), Urban Skies (Keith Urban Tribute – Country), Mariachi Los Vaqueros, INXS IVE (Rock), Lights (Journey Tribute Band – Pop & Rock). All of these music acts will perform over the three day family festival.
