Glendora Christmas Star to Shine Again

After suffering through the Colby Fire of 2014, the beloved Glendora Christmas Star was left nonfunctional and in disrepair. There are a few versions of the star’s history and origination, but all stories lead to the endearing place it holds in Glendora’s traditions.



THE KINGSTON TRIO MARKS 60TH ANNIVERSARY BY KEEPING THE MUSIC PLAYING

Legendary Music Icons head to The Haugh Performing Arts Center in Glendora, California on Sunday October 7. Fans of legendary folk icons The Kingston Trio will soon have an opportunity to re-discover their timeless music in a national tour to mark the group’s 60th anniversary on a national tour performing many of the Trio’s best-loved songs.


The 2018 Propositions on November’s Ballot

On September 22, 2018 at the Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS, Brad Jensen the Director of Public Policy at the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership presented the 12 upcoming Propositions voters will be voting on in November. Mr. Jensen went through each Proposition and answered questions throughout the presentation.

Glendora Chamber of Commerce Installation and Awards Dinner, A Red Carpet Event

The Glendora Chamber of Commerce held their annual Installation and Awards Dinner “A Red Carpet Event” at the Glendora Country Club June 28, 2017. At this year’s movie themed event, there were several awards given to deserving Glendora businesses and chamber members that were voted on by fellow members in the Glendora business community. Oscars were also awarded to the outgoing board members for their participation on the 2016-2017 Chamber Board.
