One issue, other than development, that keeps coming up seems to be the enforcement of early morning parking restrictions.
Currently, parking is not allowed between 2am-4am, Monday-Friday on Glendora streets without a one time $5 permit. Parking is allowed Saturday and Sunday mornings and during most Holidays. The cost of getting one of these tickets is $51.
As of now, ticketing and enforcement is outsourced through an outside company, rather than the Glendora Police Department. Current City Council Members said in a recent Candidate’s Forum that this is a cost saving move.
