As daylight broke after intense winds and cold temperatures blew over Glendora, residents woke to some toppled trees throughout the city.
Last night’s low dipped to around 39 degrees in Glendora, with strong wind gusts of around 40 mils per hour.
The area is still under a wind advisory and freeze warning.
The wind warning is expected to expire Wednesday, Dec. 31, at 3 p.m., while the freeze warning will remain in effect until 1 a.m., Jan. 1.
