The National Weather has issued a urban and small stream flood advisory in Los Angeles County.
Areas to experience minor flooding include the recent burn areas, low-lying areas of urban freeways and roads, small creeks ad mountain streams. The flood advisory will expire at 12:45 p.m.
The GCN rain gauge, which started collecting precipitation at 3 a.m., has measured half an inch as of just a few minutes ago.
