The Charter Oak Unified School District announced the first annual Charter Oak Holiday Parade set for Friday, December 9.
Students, schools and community members can celebrate the holidays with a small parade in the heart of the Charter Oak community, with the route beginning and ending at Charter Oak High School.
The parade, which begins at 6 p.m., will also feature fireworks and food trucks at the end of the event.
The route begins on Mangrove Avenue near Charter Oak High School, then travels to Cienega Avenue, to Bonnie Cove and then back to the high school.
The district is accepting applications for parade entries. Download an application here.
