While there are few details available as Glendora PD continues to investigate, a pedestrian is in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle early Monday.
The accident happened around 12:25am near Loraine Ave and Steffen St, across from Williams School. A female was struck by a vehicle but the type of injuries are not known to the public. Los Angeles County Firefighters and Paramedics helped transport the victim to an area hospital,
As of late Monday morning she was thought to be in stable condition according to Glendora Lieutenant Matt Williams. While it is under investigation, GCN will hopefully get an update soon to bring to the community.
The victim’s age and circumstances leading up to the accident are not yet available. Many GCN readers did find Loraine Ave, near the school, still blocked off with police presence as of the Monday morning commute time.
