Late Wednesday afternoon a landscaper working at a job site was killed by a suspected DUI driver.
The accident happened at a home being landscaped by the victims company on the corner of Baxter Dr and Underhill Dr.
The driver, who was later arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, appears to have been driving south on Underhill Drive in a black truck. He driver reached the victim just south of Baxter Drive, when he struck the pedestrian, standing near his own work truck.
The victim was immediately transferred to a nearby hospital where he died of his injuries.
Glendora Police Officers remain on scene at this hour as the investigation continues. It is not known if the suspect or victim are Glendora residents.
