Goddard Middle School Student of the Month Awards
At our Glendora Rotary meeting on Tuesday, October 8th we were honored to be able to present two 8th grade students from Goddard Middle School with Student of the Month Awards. Both Bianca and Shane were recommended, by their teachers at Goddard, as excellent students and presented to our Rotary Club by their Principal, Mrs. Prince.
We were also privileged to have a presentation by Glendora Council Member Karen Davis and Glendora Community Services Dept. Chair, Debbie Lopez, on the City’s efforts to help with the homeless situation in our city.
Glendora Rotary meets at the Continental Restaurant on Tuesdays at Noon. Please join us as we serve our city, country and the world as we put “Service Above Self”.

Glendora Rotarian Garry Warr passed away a few years ago, but his caring legacy will live on because of Garry’s commitment to the many children he helped to thrive as part of Rotary International’s cleft palate correction project, Rotoplast/Saving Smiles. This life changing program is just one of many in which Glendora Rotary has participated.
