A 17-year-old male overturned the car he was driving near Palopinto and Valley Center avenues Wednesday afternoon.
The collision occurred east of the intersection just south of Glendora High School. At least two female teens inside the car were injured and complained of pain. Both were transported by ambulance, according to Lt. Matt Williams of Glendora Police.
The collision occurred around 12:30 p.m.
The teen driver was southbound on Valley Center Avenue and made a left turn onto eastbound Palopinto Avenue. The driver hit a curb and struck a street sign before coming to a rest on to of the car’s hood, Williams said.
It was unclear how the teen crashed the car.
