The pursuit suspect is accused of stealing, as of yet, unidentified merchandise from Walmart, 1950 E. Auto Centre Dr. Police set a perimeter and searched with the aid of a helicopter, but were unable to find the man.

The suspect drove around 95 to 100 miles per hour and exited the freeway onto Sunflower Avenue. The pursuit terminated at Essex Street and Sunflower where the suspect fled on foot, Stabio said.

Officers were unable to find the suspect and decided to end the search around 11:10 p.m.
