The 63-year-old shot at the Quiznos he owned on Arrow Highway has died, Authorities said. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced the victim’s death just before midnight. The restaurant owner was transported by helicopter to an area hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
Local media has already identified the restaurant owner as Pravin Patel.
Sheriff’s Homicide Detectives are investigating the shooting death, which occurred at 1034 W. Arrow Highway around 3:20 p.m.
