UPDATE, 9:49 a.m.: The California Highway Patrol reopened all lanes of the 210 freeway at 7:10 a.m. after a big rig crashed into the center divider, sending debris across all lanes in both directions.

PREVIOUSLY: The California Highway Patrol is on scene of a solo collision involving  big rig on the westbound Interstate 210 freeway in San Dimas.

The accident occurred between San Dimas Avenue and Foothill Boulevard. The big rig slammed into the center divider, causing the truck to overturn and catch on fire. Three separate sections of the divider, all 30 to 40 feet in length, have also been damaged.

The driver reportedly self-extricated from the vehicle.

The crash was first reported at 1:42 a.m.

A Sig Alert has been issued for all westbound lanes and the HOV, No. 1, 2 and 3 lanes on the eastbound side, all blocked due to debris on the road, according to the CHP traffic logs.

Civilian vehicles may also have collided with the center divider debris caused by the big rig, the CHP reported.
