The California Highway Patrol issued a Sig Alert after an injury collision on the westbound Interstate 210 freeway Sunday afternoon.
The Sig Alert was issued for 30 minutes for westbound lanes of the 210 freeway at Grand Avenue after a big rig and an SUV collided in the No 1 and 2 lanes of traffic, according to CHP traffic logs.
The collision occurred just before 4 p.m.
An additional vehicle may be involved in the crash, the CHP said.
The No 1, 2 and 3 lanes are currently blocked. Passersby reportedly pulled the driver out of the SUV, which came to a rest sideways on the freeway.
Los Angeles County Firefighters are also on scene.
