- Where: The 200 block of North Hacienda Avenue and the 200 block of Verdugo Avenue
- When: Wednesday, Feb. 4, 9 a.m. 4 p.m.
- No. of customers affected: 27 residential
- Where: East side of Grand Avenue, south of Leeside Street
- When: Thursday, Feb. 5, 1 a.m. 7 a.m.
- No. of customers affected: 87 residential
