The City of Glendora will initiate temporary no parking zones in areas of town affected by last Friday’s storm, which poured mud and debris into the streets.
The no parking zones will take place Wednesday, Nov. 26, for three specific areas mostly north of Bennett Avenue. Glendora Police will enforce these temporary no parking zones.
Street sweepers will patrol the specific streets and remove dust and debris still remaining after .90 inches of rain and hail were dumped onto Glendora, causing some flooding and mud flows as far as Bennett and Glendora avenues.
A home in the 1100 block of Easley Canyon Road suffered some damage after a four-foot wall of mud slid up against the resident’s garage and began seeping into the structure.
