After a day of intense rainfall, punctuated with a brief hailstorm, a mist in the air and a bright sun gave birth to intense rainbows in Glendora Monday afternoon.
Rain rates in the afternoon of Feb. 23 were below the critical threshold for potential mudslides in the Colby Fire Impact Area, according to the National Weather Service.
