The Glendora Chamber of Commerce and K-VAC Environmental present the first annual “K-VAC Tees Off For A Cure” charity golf classic this April to benefit the search for a blood cancer cure.
Participants can enjoy a day of golf, dinner and the chance to win a raffle while contributing to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, billed as the world’s largest voluntary health agency. Entry fee is $100, while drink tickets are $5.
Participants also have the chance to win other prizes and awards.
The event is scheduled for Monday, April 27, at the Glendora Country Club, 2400 Country Club Drive. The driving and putting range open at 7:30 a.m. with tee time starting at 9 a.m. Participants can make all checks payable to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The entry fee is tax deductible.
