Flat Screen TVs To Be Sold At 99 Cents Store Grand Opening

The first nine customers to line up outside the new 99 Cents Only Store in Glendora Thursday, April 16, will receive a new Flat Screen LCD television for 99 cents as pat of the store’s grand opening.

The grand opening at the new store, 1788 S. Barranca Ave., is scheduled at 8 a.m. More customers can win other prizes too.

After the first nine customers, the next 99 in line may purchase an iron for 99 cents. Th next 99 customers can purchase a coffee maker for 99 cents, while the next 99 customers can purchase a can opener for — you guessed it — 99 cents.

Customers can still win prizes in the three days following the grand opening, according to event organizers in a written statement.

Started in 1982, 99 Cents Only Stores operates 384 stores in California, Texas, Arizona and Nevada.
