A possible drunk driver was arrested Sunday afternoon after striking a k-rail and road sign on Glendora Avenue November 8.
The driver, 20-year-old Richard Vital, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving without a license and driving without insurance.
Vital was driving a truck in the 700 block of North Glendora Avenue around 3:44 p.m. when he somehow struck a cement k-rail and road sign. Vital was the only occupant of the truck and sustained minor injuries, said Lt. Scott Strong of Glendora Police.
Strong did not yet know what direction Vital was traveling and at what speed.
Vital was released early Monday morning and issued a citation.
