The City of Glendora announced two scheduled power outages by Southern California Edison that will darken most, if not all, of the Glendora businesses in the Marketplace.

The first outage is scheduled for Sunday, January 24, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The second scheduled outage is set for Tuesday, January 26 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

According to city officials, Southern California Edison will be conducting a pole replacement project nearby and spoke with Marketplace businesses, such as  Home Depot, Hyundai, In N Out, Coco’s and Wendy’s, to determine the outage schedule.

The intersection of Gladstone Street at Lone Hill Avenue will also be affected and may be completely blacked out as well.
