The Glendora Police Department will now be accepting applications for the next Citizens Academy class.
The next academy begins Wednesday, March 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will run for 12 consecutive Wednesdays. The deadline to submit an application is Thursday, March 10.
The academy will cover numerous topics, from Radar Enforcement, Dispatch, Fraud and
Identity Theft, Mock Traffic Stops, K-9, Social Media and more.
All applicants must submit to a warrant and background check.
The class is limited to 25 students who are at least 18 years old, who live or work in Glendora and to those who attend Citrus College.
Applications can be obtained at the police department’s front desk, 150 S. Glendora Ave.
