A loss prevention officer at Kohl’s alerted staff and police to a man seen exposing and touching himself inside the store Thursday afternoon.
The suspect, 27-year-old Michael McClain, reportedly followed two or three females into Kohl’s, 1225 S. Lone Hill Ave., around 2 p.m., according to the store employee. The females reportedly did not know the man was following them while he was committing the acts, said Lt. Rob Lamborghini of Glendora Police.
McClain, from West Covina, was arrested and booked on suspicion of indecent exposure and committing a lewd act in public. Both crimes are misdemeanors and McClain is expected to be released shortly from the Glendora jail, Lamborghini said.
There was no reason to believe drugs or alcohol was a factor, Lamborghini said.
