Police are investigating an armed robbery of the Pizza Hut on Route 66 Sunday night.
The two armed suspects robbed the restaurant, 1433 E. Route 66, at 11:11 p.m. just after closing time. The two male suspects used their dark-colored hoodies to cover their faces and stole an undisclosed amount of money from employees at the register area.
No injuries were reported.
Pizza Hut was closed, but employees had not yet locked the doors when the men entered, said Sgt. Chris Stabio of Glendora Police.
The suspect, only described as tall and thin, demanded cash from the employees and produced handguns. The men then fled the restaurant with the cash. It was not known if the men entered a vehicle, Stabio said.
