A woman and two men are behind bars Monday morning after police located the stolen Chevy Camaro they were carousing in.
The felony traffic stop occurred at 7:18 p.m. at Grand and Ada avenues March 20. The three suspects were all taken into custody without incident and were found to reportedly be in possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, with one also possessing stolen credit card information, police said.
Azusa Police officers were called to assist with traffic control during the arrests, according to Azusa Police broadcast traffic.
The stolen Camaro was taken in Ontario, said Lt. Matt Williams of Glendora Police.
John Mohr, 33, listed as a transient, was booked on suspicion of identity theft, vehicle theft and possessing drug paraphernalia. He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Ryan Peterson, 25, from Duarte, was the Camaro driver and was booked on suspicion of vehicle theft, possessing burglary tools, possessing drug paraphernalia, receiving known stolen property and marijuana possession. He is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Jessica Montes, 29, from Covina, was booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and vehicle theft. She is being held without bail due to a parole hold.
All three are scheduled to appear in the West Covina Courthouse March 22.
