The California Highway Patrol issued a four-hour Sig Alert for the HOV and No. 1 lanes of the eastbound Interstate 210 freeway after a big rig crash damaged the center median Saturday morning.
The collision occurred east of the 57 freeway and possibly involved a white Ford F-350 and a semi just before 5:30 a.m. Cement debris from the damaged center divider was strewn all over the road, according to CHP traffic logs.
The Sig Alert was issued to give crews time to repair the damaged center divider.
No injuries were reported, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatch center.
Several other vehicles were damaged after rolling over cement and metal debris, the CHP reported.
