Glendora Rotary Helping Neighbors Affected by COVID-19

The Rotary Club of Glendora is made up of people who get together to serve the community. We provide leadership, manpower and financial support for many charitable activities in town. We want our neighbors to know what the Glendora Rotary Club is doing to help people in the community affected by the COVID-19 health crisis. We also want to ask you to join us in our efforts.



Help for Heroes: Supplies Are Needed!

During this Covid-19 outbreak our healthcare heroes face a struggle to keep protective supplies available while taking care of the sick in our hospitals, and on residential emergency calls.


Safety and Quality of Your Local Water in the Main San Gabriel Basin

Do you know where your water comes from? Most of the San Gabriel Valley’s water needs (80%) are supplied from local water sources stored right under our feet, while the other part (20%) is imported from Northern California through the State Water Project. Every time you turn on your faucet or take a shower, you are tapping into a complex and safe drinking water system. Your local water comes from snow and rain that flows naturally into the San Gabriel River Watershed and filters into the Main San Gabriel Basin known as groundwater.

Over the weekend of September 6th through 8th, seven members of Glendora Rotary Club and one member of Azusa Rotary Club traveled to Rosarito Mexico to meet with ten members of the Rosarito La Mision Rotary Club for our latest, greatest Focometer trip.
