Authorities believe the man pictured above broke into several vehicles July 31 and used the credit cards of two victims to make purchases in the area.
The vehicle break-ins occurred prior to 8 a.m Sunday at an apartment complex in the 600 block of South Hunter’s Trail. Three vehicles were broken into and no signs of forced entry were seen, said Zach Houser, detective with Glendora Police’s Investigations Bureau.
Cash was taken from one vehicle, while a Coach purse, two wallets, credit and debit cards, social security cards and gift cards were taken from the other two, Houser said.
Items were purchased by the suspect at a CVS and Albtertson’s in the City of San Dimas, Houser said.
The suspect made just under $500 in charges on one card. The suspect attempted to use four other cards after he reportedly stole them, Houser said.
Houser wanted to remind residents not to leave personal items, including debit, credit and social security cards inside you vehicles.
If anyone recognizes the suspect, they are urged to call Detective Houser at (626) 914-8286, or call the Glendora Police business line at (626) 914-8250.
