Rotary Club of Glendora Presents Their 1st Annual Field of Heroes

The Rotary Club of Glendora presents their 1st Annual Field of Heroes, bringing the community together to celebrate and thank Military Personnel, Veterans and First Responders with two displays of hundreds of American Flags. The Field of Heroes will be held from Saturday, June 29 to Thursday, July 4 at the Glendora City Hall and at the corner of Gladstone and Sunflower at the Sunflower Alternative School Campus. Viewing will be 24 hours a day between the 29th and the 4th so please join us.

The past few weeks we have had the opportunity to see the opening of The Dow Agency of Farmers Insurance in the Glendora Village, Jiffy Lube Multicare on Route 66, Dedication of the Charger Station Sensory Room at Charter Oak High School, and the launch of Fund My Challenge a local non-profit.

Auto Club of Southern California and Seidner’s Collision Center’s Benevolent Rides

Seidner’s Collision Centers and the Auto Club of Southern California will present a 2013 Toyota Prius to a local family on Friday April 12th, at Seidner’s Collision Center – Duarte located at 1000 Evergreen St., Duarte, CA 91010.

This will be the ninth vehicle gifted to a family, many of whom are military veterans, since 2013. The Auto Club of Southern California donates the vehicle, Seidner’s Collision Centers make any needed repairs, and the title and keys are handed to the recipient. This doesn’t take place without the generosity of the Auto Club and the hard work of the highly skilled technicians at Seidner’s Collision Centers.

This year marks the 10th Annual Glendora Wine Walk & Beer Fest taking place on Saturday, March 9th 2019 in the Glendora Village.
