The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works will close Glendora Mountain Road and Glendora Ridge Road starting this evening due to a high fire danger, officials said.
The roads are expected to close no later than 6 p.m. Thursday and will reopen no later than 10 a.m. Monday, November 16.
Low humidities coupled with gusty winds are creating a high fire danger in the Angeles National Forest and San Gabriel Mountains National Monument, according to the National Weather Service.
